Yes. Skip any day from the app or website before the cut-off time (usually 12 noon the day before). The skipped meal is added to the end of your plan, so you don't lose it.
Yes. Pause for the days you are away and resume when you are back. Paused days are added to the end of your plan.
Yes. Change it from My account before the cut-off time and deliveries from the next possible day go to the new address.
Pay online by UPI, card or net banking when you order. You can also use your KSN wallet balance.
Meals not yet delivered are refunded to your KSN wallet, which you can use for your next order. Please see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.
